  • Rebranding Strategy: Our approach included a comprehensive rebranding initiative and a facility redesign to elevate competitiveness.

  • Digital Advertising and Website Launch: We launched a new website and SEM campaigns to drive localized lead generation.

  • Operational Enhancements: We implemented CRM and online payment tools to streamline online bookings and member communications.

  • Increase Revenue Streams: We attracted film industry projects and launch a data center facility to support technology company innovation and create a new revenue stream.

  • Community Engagement: We coordinated member events and ongoing communications to build a culture of collaboration and community within Digital Ignition.
